depending on the engine 6 cyl are easier V-8 engine take it to a shop that has necessary hoist engine holders and method to get the motor high enough to remove the oil pump pick up and pan out of the back by the transmission. Well, first you may have to remove the old one. By rasing the motor enough for clearance. But if still can't get the pan out, then you may have to pull the motor, or drop the whole front suspension, and crossmember, to access it. Either way, doesn't sound too good to do. Good luck.
you didn't say whether it was off ,,or you are going to take it off,there not that bad to take off,,and replace,,just look at it and see what you might have to remove to get it off,,and putting it back on will be the reverse of this,,i hope this helps.
