asians i think cook lettuce more than americans. so i wonder.Do you cook lettuce, like stir them around a frying pan with a little oil. or cook them in a little water till?
My GF tosses it into her soup for about a minute - Max - before turning off the fire.Many Locals use it as decor in dishes e.g. they place it on a plate then a fried fish on top then pour the gravy. Most leave the lettuce on the serving plate-i.e. they don't eat it.





I just wash my lettuce with a bit of salt water when I eat salad.
