Is it nessasary to lift the engine to replace the oil pan gasket on a 1985 4x4 Dodge Ramcharger w/ a 318 and stock oil pan? Or will the pan clear the oil pick up and cross member?1985 Dodge Ramcharger oil pan gasket?

No Problem at all. I don't even think you have to jack it up!
it should be like a truck.it should have enough clearence to drop the pan.
