Can i get to the crankshaft from the oil pan on a 98 chevy cavalier?

Well, if you remove the oil pan, the crank is right there. I'm not sure what you mean by ';get to it';. but yeah, it's there. You can't remove it though without removing the engine. but you can change bearings and stuff. It's a lot easier with the engine out.
