Mainly sunflower oil.
Any of the ones mentioned above, but sometimes you can't get olive oil hot enough, %26amp; it can burn too if you're not careful.
I always use olive oil but you can use canola, vegetable, peanut, sesame, grapeseed, walnut, avocado, coconut,. etc. Pretty much any oil.
I will only use olive oil.

I like to use corn oil. This cost more but it is worth it.
I like olive oil, veggie oil, or sometimes will dry fry and add a teaspoon of water to help get it started.

Peanut oil is the best for frying. It makes things crisp and complements the flavors of fried foods nicely. Try it.
I use vegetable or sunflower oil for frying eggs, mushrooms etc.
vegetable oil which is rape seed oil or olive oil, these are the ones less harmful for you cholestral levels
olive usually because it's better for you, but i don't have a heart condition or anything so it doesn't really matter.
Olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil or margarine. It all depends on what I am making.
Sunflower oil or rapeseed oil or vegetable oil.

Sunflower or rapeseed is lighter. For stir fry try sesame or walnut oil.
Extra virgin olive oil is the most healthy. It is actually good for you and has good cholesterol which reduces the bad cholesterol! xxx
