If the bolt holes will line up and there is no interfernce with the oil pick up tube it should be fine.Does the oil pan from the obd1 h22 fit the obd2 h22?
OBD is On Board Diagnostics and does not change engine block design. You're block should be the exact same. So yes, it should fit.
