Is it okay to save vegetable oil that used to make pan fried chicken?

I was going to put it in a empty plastic bottle. Is it okay to save vegetable oil that used to make pan fried chicken?
yes thats fineIs it okay to save vegetable oil that used to make pan fried chicken?
I wouldn't save it. If you used it to cook something it would make your generation sick.

When I was growing up there was a can on the back of the stove where all the lard and beacon fat went. If fat was need to fry something that is where it came.

Vegetable oil? Well there was Crisco, but it was only used for baking. Only animal fat for frying.

Refrigeration was iffy at best, ice box.

I say the younger people have been raised in very clean conditions and can not take on the bacteria and germs us old f@rts can.
it doesn't hurt to save it if you strain it, but only as long as you would save the chicken itself cuz it will go rancid eventually. my mom used to save that stuff and even our dog wouldn't eat it. i know that vegetable oil is getting expensive, but seriously, would you want to eat fried chicked from grease that had been cooled and reheated at a restaurant for full price? so why would you eat that at home? if you pour it hot, please don't burn yourself!!!!
You can, but it is best not to. It's not the vegetable oil that will spoil, but the egg and other ingredients that end up in it. I always throw this kind of stuff away.
