First make sure that your pan is not too thin. Let your pan get warm and put your bacon slices in. Fry on med/high. I actually stand there and turn and arrange the bacon in the pan while it is cooking. I also add more to the pan as the one in there begins to shrink. Remove the slices to a plate with a paper towel as they become done. If your bacon is cooking to fast turn your heat down, if it is not at least sizzling a little, turn it up.How do I fry bacon on the stove without oil in the pan, everytime I cook it it eitrher burns or come out too cr?
Bacon can be easily baked in the oven, resulting in amazingly flat slices.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place a rack inside a baking sheet.

Lay out slices and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on desired doneness level.

Voila!

Crispy bacon with no curls.
Grill it!
You can always use a George Foremen Grill and spray a little bit of Pam on it.You will get crispy tasty bacon every time.
The number one rule when cooking bacon regardless of which of the above recipes you plan to follow is that you can't take your eyes off of it, not even for a minute. When i cook bacon for breakfast, i always cook it first. I lay out an oven proof platter or cookie sheet with several paper towels. Set the oven at a low setting and have a good set of tongs in my hand as soon as the bacon hits the pan. If some like it a bit chewy take that out first but i like mine nice and crisp. Just keep turning until you reach the right golden brown delicious stage of perfection! ~ : ) you can pop it into a warm oven while you prepare side dishes for this wonderful treat.
Turn down your heat and let it cook a little slower, use a larger skillet so you can fit more bacon as well.

A tip: Try baking your bacon. Put the slices on a cookie sheet, put the oven on 350, let them bake until they reach the ';crispiness'; you're looking for.
You can cut the bacon in half so it fits better, and try using a larger skillet. Cook over low heat and turn a few times until its doen to the way you like it.

You can lay the bacon on a tin foil covered baking sheet, or broiler pan, and bake it at 325 for 10 minutes, flip and bake another 5 minutes.

Don't forget to drain the fat on paper towel.

Try serving fresh fruit, toast or yogurt with your breakfast, they are more filling and lower in fat and calories then bacon.
try turning the heat down, and don't forget that you CAN use water instead of oil, to help render the fat from the bacon.
Sorry for this but you just made me laugh. I've gone through that. Anyway, bacon has it's own fat but you can add a little oil.
You might want to try the thick sliced bacon, like the Blue Ribbon brand. Now, you're not putting oil in the pan, are you? Because that's not necessary! Just heat the pan on med. high heat, then lay out the bacon slices. Also, bacon is basically sliced pork fat. It is going to shrink and oil will accumulate in the pan (some of the pork fat that has melted), that's unavoidable. You'll want to keep a jar close by to pour out the melted fat when it starts to fill up the pan. And you will want to remove the bacon onto a paper towel JUST BEFORE it looks like it's done to your liking. Bacon will continue to brown for a few seconds even though you have removed it from the pan.
