Why do you need an oil pan? If the drain plug is stripped, there are repair kits or oversize plugs to repair this a lot cheaper than replacing the pan. Check with a local parts store or autozone.com. Need more info on problem to answer well.

You are looking at BIG BUCKS. The part (from Cadillac) will probably cost a couple of hundred dollars, plus the gaskets and seals you'll need and the labor to install it will be at least double or triple that. I'd figure about $ 1,000 will just about cover it!!
